A Holistic and Practical approach to Wellbeing

The name combines "Well" for wellbeing and "Nous", an ancient Greek word associated with wisdom, understanding, and insight.
Wellnous was created to help bridge the gap between health science and everyday life. The goal is simple: to provide practical, science-informed approaches that help people improve their wellbeing, build resilience, and take control of their health in ways that are both understandable and achievable.
I believe in the power of holistic wellness integrated with research and knowledge. I understand that health is not just about the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.
I am also enthusiastic about exploring alternative ideas and areas of research that, while not yet extensively studied in humans, are supported by scientific evidence and emerging research.

Wellnous is owned by me, Kristina Crimp. I'm a Scientist and Cambridge graduate. I have a solid understanding of the research of nutrition and microbiology as well as life experience in many of these practices. I stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in health and wellness, so that I can provide the best possible information to anyone interested.
I am passionate about everything that can empower us to live well and thrive.
Wellnous is a platform for sharing ideas, practical wellbeing tips, nutrition information, and my interpretation of current scientific research. The content is intended to educate, encourage curiosity, and support informed decision-making, not to provide medical advice.
Health and nutrition are complex topics, and research is continually evolving. The views expressed on this website are my own interpretation of the available evidence and should not be considered medical guidance.
Always consult a suitably qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, lifestyle, or healthcare plan, especially if you have an existing medical condition or are taking medication.
